[摘要] 目的 比较两种消毒剂在口腔硅橡胶印模消毒中的效果。方法 取上下颌75对(150个)样本随机选择25对样本作为阳性对照组,剩余的50对样本随机分为实验1组(采用2%戊二醛消毒剂浸泡消毒)和实验组2组(采用1% 84消毒剂浸泡消毒)各25对(50个),比较两组的消毒效果,并于浸泡前后测量基牙的远近中径(MD)、颊舌径(BL)、(牙合)龈距离(OG)三个面的尺寸以确定硅胶印模材的形变。结果 实验1组消毒的样本50个,有菌群生长1个,合格率为98%,实验2组消毒的样本50个,有菌群生长9个,合格率为82%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在浸泡后实验1组有2个模型的形变超过2%,实验2组有12个模型的形变超过2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2%戊二醛消毒剂对口腔硅橡胶印模材料的消毒效果优于1% 84消毒剂,且产生的形变更少。 |

[Abstract] Objective To compare the effects between two kinds of disinfectants in disinfection of oral silicone rubber impression.Methods Seventy-five pairs of maxillomandibular samples were obtained, 25 pairs of samples were used as a positive control group, the remaining 50 pairs of samples were divided randomly into two groups.The samples in experimental group were immersed with 2% glutaraldehyde solution and the samples in control group with the 1% 84 disinfection solution.The disinfection effect between two groups were compared.Before and after immersion,the size of abutment MD, BL, OG were measured to determine the deformation. Results One bacterial flora was found in 50 samples in the experimental group with a pass rate of 98%; nine bacterial flora was found in 50 sample in control group with pass rate of 82%;the difference of disinfection effect between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.01 ). After immersion, the deformation of more than 2% were found in 2 models in experimental group, the deformation of more than 2% in 12 models in control group. Between the two groups there was significant difference (P<0.01 ).Conclusion The disinfection effect of 2% glutaraldehyde for oral silicone rubber impression is better than that of 1%84 disinfectant solution, with less deformation. |
