中青年女性肝前脂肪厚度与腹腔内脂肪厚度及肥胖人体测量值的相关性研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨应用超声检测中青年女性肝前脂肪厚度与腹腔内脂肪厚度及肥胖人体测量值的相关关系。方法 对330例18~47岁中青年女性采用超声检测肝前脂肪厚度和腹腔内脂肪厚度,并测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围等肥胖人体指标,分析肝前脂肪厚度与腹腔内脂肪厚度及人体有关测量值的相关关系。结果 直线相关分析显示肝前脂肪厚度与腹腔内脂肪厚度呈正相关关系(P<0.05),与体重、体质量指数、腰围、臀围、腰臀比等肥胖人体测量值呈正相关关系(P<0.05),而与身高无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 18~47岁女性肝前脂肪厚度与腹腔内脂肪厚度及肥胖有关人体测量值呈正相关关系,超声检测肝前脂肪厚度在临床应用中有简单、精确、实用的优点。

Correlation analysis among prehepatic fat thickness,visceral fat thickness and mearurements with obesity in the young and middle-aged female

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation among prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness by ultrasonography and mearurements about obesity in the young and middle-aged female.Methods Detected subcostal prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness of 1 centimetre above the umbilicus by ultrasound in 330 females aged from 18~47 years, and mearued the heigh,weigth,the circle of waist, the circle of hip et al, and the results was compared.Results There is a positive correlation between the prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness, and also in weigth, BMI, the circle of waist, the circle of hip et al.Conclusion Prehepatic fat thickness and visceral fat thickness has a good correlation by ultrasonic tested, and it also has a good correlation with the mearurements with obesity in the female aged 18~47 years old. It is a more simple and practical method for measttrement of visceral fat.
