| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨高压氧辅助治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法 将58例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（28例）。治疗组在神经外科常规治疗的基础上进行高压氧治疗，对照组仅进行神经外科常规治疗。治疗后6个月应用格垃斯哥预后量表（Glasgow outcome scale,GOS）判定疗效。结果 治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 高压氧辅助治疗重型颅脑损伤有较好的疗效，有一定的临床应用价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in the supplementary treatment of severe brain injury.Methods Fifty-eight patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of neurosurgical conventional therapy,30 patients with severe brain injury in the treatment group were treated by HBO;28 patients with severe brain injury in the control group were treated only by neurosurgical conventional therapy.The therapeutical effects were assessed with Glasgow outcome scale(GOS）6 months after treatment.Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion HBO in the supplementary treatment of severe brain injury has better therapeutical effect and has better value in the clinical application. |
