| ［摘要］ 目的 观察注射用炎琥宁治疗咽结合膜热及病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法 选择咽结合膜热70例，随机分为两组，治疗组35例，对照组35例。同样的方法将病毒性肠炎70例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。所有治疗组采用注射用炎琥宁静脉滴注，对照组选用利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注，比较两组疗效。结果 咽结合膜热治疗组有效率为88.6%，对照组有效率为57.1%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.74，P<0.01)。病毒性肠炎治疗组有效率为80.0%，对照组有效率为57.1%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.24，P<0.01)。结论 注射用炎琥宁治疗病毒性感染疾病疗效优于利巴韦林注射液。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the efficacy of yanhuning injection in the treatment of pharyngeal conjunctival fever and viral enteritis.Methods Seventy cases of pharyngeal conjunctival fever were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases); 70 cases of viral enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control groups (35 cases). All treatment groups were treated with intravenous drip of yanhuning injection; the control groups were treated with the intravenous drip of ribavirin injection. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared after treatment between two groups.Results For pharyngeal conjunctival fever, the effective rate in treatment group was 88.6%, that in control group was 57.1%. There was significant difference between two groups (χ2=8.74,P<0.01). For viral enteritis, the effective rate in treatment group was 80.0%, that in control group was 57.1%. There was significant difference between two groups (χ2=4.24,P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of yanhuning injection in the treatment of viral infection disease is better than ribavirin injection. |
