| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨便秘患者结肠镜检查和治疗前更佳的肠道准备方法。方法 观察组80例便秘患者先服用聚乙二醇4000散剂（福松），再予甘露醇+口服补液盐口服；对照组80例便秘患者仅服用甘露醇+口服补液盐。观察比较两组的肠道清洁度及有效率,并记录严重不良事件。结果 观察组的清洁程度优于对照组（P<0.01），有效率也高于对照组（P<0.05），两组均无严重不良事件发生。结论 便秘患者使用甘露醇+口服补液盐清肠前加用聚乙二醇4000散剂通便能提高肠道准备的有效率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To seek a better preparation method for bowel preparation before colonoscopy and treatment inpatients with constipation.Methods In observation group , 80 patients with constipation took macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution(forlax), and then took the mannitol and oral rehydration salts.In control group, 80 patients with constipation took the mannitol and oral rehydration salts. The degree of the colon cleanliness and the effective rates were compared between two groups, and serious adverse events were recorded.Results The degree of the colon cleanliness of the observation group was superior to that of the contorl group (P<0.01);the effective rates of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.No serious adverse events happened in the two groups.Conclusion The effective rate of bowel preparation can be promoted when the patients with constipation were given macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution before they accept mannitol and oral rehydration salts for colon cleaning. |
