| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨贮存式自体输血在肝癌择期手术中应用的可行性。方法 34例肝癌择期手术的患者采用自体血贮存备血,对采血前后Hb、BP变化结果进行分析。结果 最大采血量1 200 ml，平均726 ml，采血前后Hb变化差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但仍在正常范围内，采血前后BP变化差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），均能按预期手术治疗，无围手术期肝性脑病。结论 贮存式自体输血简单、安全，值得在肝癌手术患者中推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying storage autologous transfusion in liver cancer selective surgery.Methods Thirty-four patients with liver cancer undergoing selective surgery adopted autologous blood storage and preparation, the changes of Hb and BP before and after blood collection were analyzed.Results The maximum blood collection volume was 1200ml with the average of 726ml, Hb differences before and after blood collection were significant（P<0.05） and but were still within normal range. The BP differences before and after blood collection were not significant（P>0.05）, and surgical treatment could be selected according to anticipation without perioperative hepatic encephalopathy.Conclusion Storage autologous blood transfusion is simple, safe, affordable, and worth to promote and use among patients undergoing liver cancer surgery. |
