| ［摘要］ 目的 调查治疗心血管疾病常用口服药物使用情况及其合理性。方法 抽取该院心血管内科出院病历935份，选取使用治疗心血管疾病常用药物的病历作为调查资料，调查用药总剂量和用药天数,计算药物利用指数(DUI)值。结果 使用治疗心血管疾病药物9类15种，其中氨氯地平、福辛普利钠的DUI值>1，其余13种药物的DUI值≤1。结论 氨氯地平、福辛普利钠2种药物使用剂量偏大，其余13种药物临床使用剂量基本合理。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the usage and rationality of the common oral cardiovascular drugs.Methods Nine hundread and thirty-five discharge records of cardiovascular department were extracted, and a survery on cardiovascular medicine usage were performed. The total dose and dosing days of these drugs were calculated to the DUI.Results There were 9 class 15 kinds of cardiovascular drugs in our hospital.The DUI of amlodipine and fosinopril were greater than 1, the DUI of other 13 drugs were less than or equal to 1.Conclusion The dose of amlodipine and fosinopril were too large, the dose of other 13 drugs were basic rational. |
