| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨脑心通胶囊联合西比灵胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法 对100例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为对照组（48例）和治疗组（52例）。两组均采用常规治疗，治疗组加服西比灵胶囊10 mg（1次/晚）和脑心通胶囊4粒（3次/d），15d为1个疗程。观察治疗前及治疗15 d后患者眩晕、头疼等症状改善情况，观察治疗前后椎-基底动脉血液流速及血液流变学变化情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.15%，对照组总有效率为75.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后脑血流量比对照组明显提高（P<0.05或<0.01），而全血高切黏度比对照组明显降低（P<0.05）。结论 脑心通胶囊联合西比灵胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有较好疗效，用药安全可靠。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the efficacy of naoxintong capsule combined with flunarizine capsule in the treatment of vertebrobasilar artery ischemic vertigo.Methods One hundred patients with vertebrobasilar artery ischemic vertigo treated with routine treatment were randomly divided into the control group(n=48) and treatment group(n=52). The treatment group was treated with flunarizine capsules 10 mg once every night and naoxintong capsule 4 capsules , 3 times a day, 15 days for a course of treatment. Before treatment and after 15 days of treatment, vertigo, headache and other symptoms,and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity and hemorrheologic changes were observed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.15%, the total effective rate of control group was 75.00%.There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule combined with flunarizine capsules in treatment of vertebrobasilar artery ischemic vertigo has good curative effect, and it is safe and reliable. |
