| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨伤口护理膜治疗溃疡性褥疮的临床疗效。方法 将2007-02～2012-06在该院骨科治疗的126例溃疡性褥疮患者随机分为研究组（68例）与对照组（58例）。研究组采用医用伤口护理膜治疗，对照组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05），创面分泌物明显减少时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.01），住院费用也低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 医用伤口护理膜治疗溃疡性褥疮可加速褥疮创面的愈合时间，明显缩短疗程，提高治愈率,且方法简便，值得临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of wound care membranes in the treatment of ulcerative bedsore.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with ulcerative bedsore treated in orthopaedics department in our hospital from February 2007 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, the research group(68 cases) was treated by wound care membrane and the control group(58 cases) were treated by moist exposed burn ointment. The clinical curative effect, wound healing time, length of stay in hospital and the charge were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time, the length of stay of the research group are significantly shorter than those of the control group（P<0.01）; hospital cost of the research group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.01）; clinical curative effect of the research group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of ulcerative bedsore by wound care membrane can accelerate wound healing of bedsore, significantly shorten the period of treatment and improve the cure rate, and the method is simple, which is worth clinical promotion. |
