| ［摘要］ 目的 评价腹腔镜技术在基层医院急腹症的诊断和治疗中的可行性和有效性。方法 回顾分析2005-03～2012-11的1 035例腹腔镜急腹症手术的临床资料。结果 1 034例急腹症患者均于腹腔镜下作出正确诊断,诊断准确率为99.9%。其中镜下完成手术1 028例,中转开腹手术6例，阴性探查1例。结论 腹腔镜技术应用于急腹症诊治，值得在临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of laparoscopic technique in treatment and diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods The clinical data of 1 035 cases of acute abdomen received laparoscopic operation in our department from March 2005 to Novermber 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 1 035 cases, 1 034 cases were correctly diagnosed laparoscopically,the correct diagnosis was 99.9%.In which 1 028 cases underwent laparoscopic operation successfully,6 cases were converted to open surgery, the exploration was negative in one case.Conclusion Laparoscopic techniques in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen have better effects.It deserves to be expanded in basic hospital. |
