| ［摘要］ 行骨科手术的患者术后疼痛感较重，对疼痛进行有效的治疗及护理干预可使患者的疼痛反应相对减缓。对骨科术后疼痛患者的护理，一方面需加强护患关系的沟通及加快医护工作者对术后疼痛管理的观念转变，另一方面需根据患者对疼痛程度的评估选择合适的镇痛方式并进行疗效跟踪及镇痛效果评价，从而提高手术的成功率及安全性，降低并发症的发生率。该文对骨科手术术后疼痛的护理进展情况作一简单的概述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Patients feel heavy pain after orthopedics operation, and effective treatment and nursing intervention on pain can relieve the pain in a certain degree.Therefore, some methods can improve the success rate of operation and reduce the incidence of complications in the process of pain, including nursing after orthopedics operation, strengthening the doctor-patient communication,changing idea about postoperative pain management,choosing appropriate analgesia mode according to the evaluation of pain degree, following up the efficacy and analgesic effect.This paper briefly reviewed the research progress on postoperative pain nursing of orthopedic operation. |
