心理干预在未婚青年人工流产术中的应用效果观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察心理干预在未婚青年人工流产术中的效果。方法 对58例行人工流产术的未婚青年随机分为A组(28例)和B组(30例)。A组术前、术中、术后给予舒适心理辅导,B组仅给予一般心理辅导。比较两组青年手术前后的心理状况、术中的疼痛程度、宫颈口松弛程度以及人工流产综合征的发生情况。结果 A组心理紧张程度、疼痛程度明显比B组轻,A组宫颈口松弛程度比B组好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均无人流综合征发生。结论 加强心理干预,能够减轻未婚青年人工流产术中的疼痛程度,加大宫颈口松弛程度,更加有利于预防人工流产术并发症的发生,值得推广。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological intervention in artificial abortion in unmarried youths.Methods Prospective study was performed in 58 unmarried youths received artificial abortion, in which there were two groups: A group received the comfortable psychological counseling(n=28), B group received the general psychological counseling(n=30). Before and after operation, the psychological status, the pain in the process of operation, cervix relaxation and the occurrence of artificial abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results In A group, mental tension, pain degree was lighter than B group, and the cervix relaxation degree was better than B group, there were statistically significant differences between these two groups(P<0.01). But there was no occurrence of artificial abortion syndrome in both two groups.Conclusion Strengthening the psychological intervention can reduce the degree of pain in artificial abortion operation of the unmarried youths, it also can increase the degree of cervical dilatation, and more helps to prevent the occurrence of artificial abortion syndrome in unmarried youths, it is worthy of promotion.
