| ［摘要］ 随着核磁共振成像技术的发展，对椎体终板及终板下骨Modic改变的认识，终板源性腰痛在临床上越来越受到重视。目前研究表明终板源性腰痛与终板损伤退变密切相关，但疼痛的产生机制尚不完全清楚。保守治疗仍是其主要手段，手术治疗不可或缺，各种新方法、新技术手段也逐渐发展起来，临床疗效仍需进一步的研究证实。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and the cognition of Modic changes in the vertebral endplate and sub-endplate bone, lumbago originating from endplate is more and more paid attention clinically. The present study suggests that lumbago originating from endplate is closely related to injury of endplate degeneration, but the pain mechanism is not fully clear. Conservative treatment is still the main means. Surgical treatment is indispensable. All kinds of new methods and new technology is also gradually developed. Clinical curative effect still needs further study. |
