| ［摘要］ 目的 观察结膜新月形切除联合巩膜固定术治疗中重度结膜松弛症的临床疗效。方法 采取结膜新月形切除联合巩膜固定术对27例（41眼）中重度的结膜松弛症患者进行治疗，术后随访1年。结果 术后37眼裂隙灯下检查松弛的球结膜完全消除，结膜褶皱消失，结膜切口愈合良好，有效率为90.24%。结论 结膜新月形切除联合巩膜固定术是治疗中重度结膜松弛症的安全可靠、疗效满意的方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of conjunctival crescent resection and sclera fixation for the treatment of middle and severe conjunctivochalasis.Methods Twenty-seven patients(41 eyes) with middle and severe conjunctivochalasis were operated by conjunctival crescent resection and sclera fixation. Their postoperative follow-up time was 1 year.Results Postoperatively， slit-lamp microscopic examination showed relaxed conjunctiva disappeared completely in 37 eyes，and no conjunctival folds was found，conjunctival incision healed well. The effective rate was 90.24%.Conclusion Conjunctival crescent resection and sclera fixation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of middle and severe conjunctivochalasis. |
