| ［摘要］ 目的 观察应用无缝隙配合模式对颈椎病患者在接受前后入路联合内固定手术治疗的过程中实施手术配合的临床效果。方法 将88例接受前后入路联合内固定手术治疗的颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。对照组采用常规配合模式实施手术配合；观察组采用无缝隙配合模式实施手术配合。结果 两组治疗效果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组内固定手术操作时间、术后颈椎功能恢复正常时间、术后接受恢复治疗时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；围手术期出现不良反应的例数明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；手术护理模式患者满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后颈椎病再次复发率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用无缝隙配合模式对颈椎病患者在接受前后入路联合内固定手术治疗的过程中实施手术配合有较好的治疗效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of application of seamless coordination mode during anterior and posterior approach combined with internal fixation in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital who received anterior and posterior approach combined with internal fixation operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 patients in each group. The control group received conventional coordination; the observation group received seamless coordination mode of operation.Results There was no difference in the therapeutic effect between the two group（P>0.05）; the internal fixation operation time, postoperative cervical function recovery time, postoperative treatment time in observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）; the number of adverse reactions during perioperation period in observation group was less than that of the control group（P<0.05）; patients′ satisfaction with nursing mode of operation in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）; the postoperative relapse rate of cervical spondylosis in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of seamless coordination mode for patients with cervical spondylosis received anterior and posterior approach combined with internal fixation has better therapeutic effects. |
