医院信息系统在提高传染病疫情报告质量中的作用

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨应用医院信息系统-传染病报告子系统进行传染病疫情报告对于提高报告质量的作用。方法 随机抽取2012年度(应用系统报告前)、2013年度(应用系统报告后)1~12月各240份医院传染病报告卡数据,采用SPSS19.0软件对报告卡完整率、准确率和及时率进行统计分析。结果 使用医院信息系统进行传染病疫情报告后,抽查的报告卡迟报率呈下降趋势(χ2=20.46,P=0.0000),2012年为14.58%,2013年为2.92%;抽查的传染病疫情报告卡质量均有不同程度提高,其中完整率2012年为82.92%,2013年为92.92%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.30,P=0.0008);准确率2012年为87.92%,2013年为95.00%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.71,P=0.0055);及时率2012年为85.42%,2013年为97.08%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.46,P=0.0000)。结论 利用医院信息系统进行传染病疫情报告能有效提高报告卡的完整率、准确率和及时率,保证报告的质量。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the role of hospital information system(HIS) - an infectious disease reporting subsystem in improving the quality of infectious diseases reporting.Methods Two hundred and forty copies of data about the hospital infectious disease report card were randomly drawn from January to December in each year of 2012(before the application of the reporting system) and 2013(after application of the reporting system). The SPSS19.0 software was used to deal with the statistical analysis of report card′s complete, accuracy and timeliness rates.Results After using the hospital information systems to report infectious diseases, the sampled reporting cards showed a downward trend in the delayed-reporting rate(χ2=20.46,P=0.0000), with the result of that in 2012(14.58%) and 2013(2.92%);the quality of the sampled infectious-disease- reporting cards have all improved for various degree. Among them, the difference of the complete rate between 2012 and 2013(82.92% vs 92.92%) was statistically significant (χ2=11.30,P=0.0008), the difference of accuracy rate between 2012 and 2013(87.92% vs 95.00%) was statistically significant( χ2=7.71,P=0.0055) and the difference of timeliness rate between 2012 and 2013(85.42% vs 97.08%) was also statistically significant(χ2=20.46,P=0.0000).Conclusion Using the hospital information system to report infectious diseases can effectively improve the complete, accuracy and timeliness rate of the reporting cards, thus ensuring the reporting quality.
