| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨分娩球联合抚触对初产妇分娩的影响。方法 选择头位无妊娠并发症，可下床活动，宫口开大3 cm的初产妇400例，按入院单双号顺序分观察组200例，对照组200例。观察组采用分娩球联合抚触，对照组单纯应用分娩球。观察两组产妇产程时间、疼痛程度、分娩方式、产后2 h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分等情况。结果 观察组第一产程及总产程时间、疼痛程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而两组分娩方式、第二、三产程时间、产后2 h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 分娩球联合抚触应用于初产妇分娩能减轻疼痛，促进产程进展，缩短产程时间，值得在临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of application of delivery ball combined with touching during delivery among primipara.Methods Four hundred primipara women who would deliver had head position without pregnancy complications, and had the uterus cervix at 3 cm wide were recruited in the observation. The women were allocated to the observation(n=200) or the control group(n=200) according to the sequence of admission to the hospital. The primiparas in the observation group received delivery ball combined with touching and those in the control group only received delivery ball. The labor time, the degree of pain, the mode of delivery, the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after delivery and neonatal apgar scores were observed in the two groups.Results The time of the first stage and the total stage of labor, and the degree of pain in the observation group were statistically different in comparison to the control group(P<0.05). However, there was no statistical difference in delivery mode, the time of the second and the third stage of labor, the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after delivery and neonatal apgar scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of delivery ball combined with touching can relieve pain, promote the progress of labor, and shorten the time of stage of labor among primipara women, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
