| ［摘要］ 目的 调查Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期应用抗菌药物的情况与干预的效果。方法 对该院2012-01～2012-12 Ⅰ类切口手术患者393例用药情况及干预效果进行分析。结果 对Ⅰ类切口手术预防应用抗菌药物实施干预整改后，抗菌药物的使用率明显下降，不合理使用现象得到明显改善。结论 恰当的干预整改措施，能有效提高该院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期应用抗菌药物的合理水平，值得进一步推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the condition of perioperative use of antibacterial drug in patients undergoing type I incision operation and its intervention effect.Methods The condition of perioperative use of antibiotics in 393 patients undergoing type I incision operation and its intervention effect were analyzed in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2012.Results After intervention on perioperative use of antibacterial drugs, the use of antimicrobial drugs decreased significantly, irrational use was significantly improved.Conclusion Appropriate intervention measures can effectively improve the level of rational perioperative application of antibiotics in patients undergoing type I incision operation,and it is worthy of further promotion. |
