| ［摘要］ 目的 分析组合式髌骨爪切开复位内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析56例采用切开复位组合式髌骨爪内固定髌骨骨折的治疗效果。结果 术后随访6～24个月，所有患者切口甲级愈合，骨性愈合，膝关节功能满意，髌骨爪无松动、断裂及脱落，皮肤无破溃。按张春才等疗效评定标准，优46例，良9例，可1例，优良率为98.2%。结论 组合式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折具有操作简便、手术时间短、固定牢固、创伤小、并发症少、骨折愈合率高、疗效满意等优点，是目前治疗各型髌骨骨折的理想方法，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of open reduction and internal fixation with combined patella claw in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the therapeutic effect of 56 cases of patellar fracture treated by open reduction and internal fixation with combined patella claw.Results The follow-up time was 6～24 months. All patients′ fracture and operative incisions healed well with satisfactory knee function and no cases of skin ulceration. No loosening, break or drop-off happened on the patella claws. According to the therapeutic effect standard made by Zhang Chuncai, the excellent effect was found in 46 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in one case. The excellent and good rate was 98.2%.Conclusion Treating patellar fracture with combined patella claw has the advantages of easy operation, short surgical time, firm fixation, less trauma and complications, and high healing rate. |
