| ［摘要］ 目的 观察奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡出血（PUB）的临床效果。方法 将2013-01～2014-07住院治疗的124例PUB患者随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。观察组在基础治疗上给予奥曲肽及泮托拉唑钠治疗；对照组在基础治疗上只给予泮托拉唑钠治疗，观察两组患者止血效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组疗效等级及总有效率均优于对照组（P<0.05），两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗PUB疗效显著且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effects of octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding(PUB).Methods From January to July 2014, 124 patients with PUB were randomly dirided into the observation group and the control group, with 62 patients in each group. The observation group was given regular treatment and octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium, while the control group was given octreotide based on regular treatment. The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results The curative effect level and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05), no obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion Octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium for the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding has significant efficacy with high safety, and is worthy of clinical application. |
