| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨宫颈原发性腺肉瘤伴横纹肌肉瘤分化的临床病理学特征。方法 对1例发生于宫颈的腺肉瘤进行临床病理分析，并复习相关文献，讨论其临床病理特征及鉴别诊断。结果 患者以发现宫颈赘生物为主要症状。镜下肿瘤由良性腺上皮成分和肉瘤性间质成分组成；腺体呈不规则分支状，间质肉瘤成分中可见横纹肌肉瘤成分。结论 宫颈原发性腺肉瘤是一种极为罕见的肿瘤，诊断主要依靠组织形态学特征，需要与宫颈息肉、子宫内膜的腺肉瘤和胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤鉴别。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of primary müllerian adenosarcoma of the uterine cervix.Methods One case of primary mütillerian adenosarcoma in the uterine cervix was microscopically observed.Results Uterine cervix outgrowth was one of the common clinical symptoms. The tumor was mixed epithelial components which was benign and malignant mesenchymal components. The epithelial components showed irregular branching, with visible rhabdomyosarcoma mesenchymal component.Conclusion Primary Müllerian adenosarcoma of the uterine cervix is very rare, and its diagnosis mainly depends on the morphologic features, and should be differentiated from uterine cervix polyp, adenosarcoma of the uterus and Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. |
