miRNAs在肝细胞癌细胞周期及凋亡中调节作用的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 肝细胞癌(HCC)是一种发病率及病死率较高的恶性肿瘤,临床上早期诊断及治疗HCC仍然相当困难。最近研究表明,MicroRNAs(miRNAs)能调控细胞基本过程的各个环节,包括对细胞周期及细胞凋亡的调节,从而在HCC发病机制中发挥促癌或抑癌基因的作用。该文对miRNAs在肝细胞癌细胞周期及凋亡中调节作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] The pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is a cancer with high morbidity and mortality, its early diagnosis and treatment is still very difficult. Emerging evidences indicate that MicroRNAs(miRNAs) can play roles of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes in the pathogenesis of HCC,by regulating all aspects of basic cellular processes, including the regulation of cell cycle and apoptosis. This paper reviews the role of miRNAs in regulation of cell cycle and apoptosis of HCC.
