| ［摘要］ Ki-67抗原是存在于增殖细胞核的一种非组蛋白性核蛋白，与细胞的增殖密切相关，是较为理想的检测细胞增殖活性的指标，与许多肿瘤的分化程度、浸润以及预后等密切相关。该文就Ki-67抗原表达在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤治疗效果和预后评估中的作用研究进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Ki-67 antigen is a kind of nonhistone nucleoprotein, which presented in the proliferating nuclei, is closely related to cell proliferation and also related to the differentiation, invasion and the prognosis of many tumor. This paper reviews the significance of Ki-67 antigen expression in the assessment of treatment efficacy and prognosis of the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. |
