| ［摘要］ 目的 分析胎儿肢体畸形产前超声筛查情况。方法 采用连续顺序追踪法对2011-01～2014-11共2 160例孕妇进行胎儿肢体畸形筛查，并与引产或分娩后结果进行对比分析。结果 经超声检查共检出胎儿肢体畸形5例，检出率为0.23%，包括足部畸形1例，残肢畸形1例，软骨发育不全1例，成骨发育不全1例，手部畸形1例；最后经引产或分娩后证实为胎儿畸形共6例，超声检查漏检1例，漏诊的病例为少趾畸形。结论 产前超声筛查能及时发现胎儿肢体畸形，是一种有效的筛查方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal limb deformity.Methods Systematic continuous sequence approach was performed to screen fetal limb deformity for 2 160 cases of pregnant wemen from January 2011 to November 2013 in our hospital.The results of fetal limb deformities were confirmed after induced abortion or childbirth.Results 5 cases of fetal limb deformities were diagnosed by the prenatal ultrasound, including 1 case of foot deformity, 1 case of limb stump deformity, 1 case of achondroplasia, 1 case of osteogenesis imperfecta and 1 case of hand deformity. 6 cases of fetal limb deformities were diagnosed by induced abortion or childbirth, 1 case with ectrosyndactylia deformity was missed by prenatal ultrasound diagnosis.Conclusion The fetal limb deformity can be detected by prenatal ultrasound.It is an effective screening method for fetal limb deformity. |
