| ［Abstract］ In order to investigate and guide the treatment of severe sepsis and sepsis shock effectively, a lot of researches have been done worldwide recently. Blood lactate clearance rate is considered to be an appropriate indicator. This paper briefly introduces the research progress of the application of lactate clearance rate in sepsis. |
