去甲斑蝥素的药理作用机制及其在肾脏病领域中的应用前景研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 去甲斑蝥素(NCTD)是斑蝥素的重要衍生物,其毒性低,药理作用明确,无骨髓抑制等不良反应,在治疗癌症及疑难杂症方面具有独特疗效。近年有研究发现,NCTD可降低肾病大鼠尿蛋白水平,通过多种机制减轻肾间质纤维化,可能在治疗免疫相关性肾病及防治肾间质纤维化方面具有良好的应用价值。该文对NCTD的药理作用机制及其在肾脏病领域中的应用前景作一综述。

Study progress and application prospect of norcantharidin on renal diseases

Abstract:
[Abstract] Norcantharidin(NCTD), an important derivative of cantharidin, has distinctive therapeutic effects on cancers and some incurable diseases. Norcantharidin has low toxicity and clear pharmacological effects without bone marrow suppression and other adverse reactions. Recently, some studies showed that NCTD could not only reduce urinary protein of rats with renal diseases, but also protect renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis by multiple mechanisms. NCTD may have a good value of application on immune-related nephropathy and renal interstitial fibrosis prevention. The pharmacological mechanism of NCTD and its potential treatment of renal diseases are reviewed in this paper.
