左乳腺癌调强放射治疗前后彩色多普勒超声心动图的对比研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图在左乳腺癌患者调强放疗(IMRT)前后的变化。方法 接受IMRT的左乳腺癌患者18例,于治疗前、治疗后1个月进行心脏彩超检查,比较治疗前后心脏形态、血流动力学及心功能等指标的差异。结果 左乳腺癌患者在IMRT前后心脏二维超声检测值、二尖瓣口收缩期与舒张期最高流速比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后心功能指标EF、FS高于治疗前,ESV则低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论 左乳腺癌患者接受IMRT后部分心功能指标有改变。心脏彩超对左乳腺癌患者接受IMRT的心脏形态、血流动力学及心功能等方面的评估有一定的价值。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the changes of echocardiography on the patients with left breast cancer who received intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT).Methods Eighteen patients with left breast cancer were performed by echocardiography before and one month after IMRT. The cardiac morphology, hemodynamic and cardiac function were compared before and after the treatment.Results The detection value of cardiac ultrasound had no significant difference before and after IMRT(P>0.05); Mitral valve had no significant difference between systolic and diastolic peak velocity ratio(P>0.05); Cardiac function indexes of EF, FS and ESV showed significantly differences before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion There are some changes in cardiac function indexes in the patients with left breast cancer after IMRT. Echocardiography is of great value to the evaluation of cardiac morphology, hemodynamics and cardiac in the patients with left breast cancer after IMRT.
