| ［摘要］ 随着我国人口老年化的加剧，以退行性改变为主的腰椎管狭窄症患者不断增多。在腰椎疾患中，其发病率仅次于腰椎间盘突出症。虽然对于腰椎管狭窄症的治疗方法很多，但学术界至今未形成清晰统一的治疗标准，主要还是根据医师的经验来选择方案，这就给骨科医生在临床上选择合理有效的治疗方法提出了很大的挑战。该文就退行性腰椎管狭窄症的治疗进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ With aging, the number of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis is going up quickly. Its morbidity ranks only second to lumbar disc herniation among lumbar diseases. There are a myriad of strategies used by orthopedist to treat lumbar spinal stenosis. However, the standard treatment is still unclear and controversial. Currently, the selection of management depends mainly on a doctor′s experience, which raises many great challenges to choose reasonable and effective treatment measures. |
