| ［摘要］ 左旋肉碱通过将长链脂肪酸从细胞线粒体膜外转移到膜内，并在线粒体基质内将长链脂肪酸β氧化产生能量，主要应用于心脏病﹑血液透析及接受化疗肿瘤病人的辅助治疗。左旋肉碱目前也应用于血液肿瘤病人的治疗，但仅限于试验研究阶段。该文对左旋肉碱的生理功能及其在血液疾病治疗中的应用进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ L-carnitine is critical for the transportation of long-chain fatty acids across the inner itochondrial membrane for subsequent β oxidation and energy production. L-carnitine has been used as adjuvant therapy in hemodialysis, cardiovascular diseases and cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. L-carnitine also has been used in hematologic malignancies, but these applications are only limited to the experimental study. In this paper, we review the physiological function and the application of L-carnitine in the therapeutic advances of hematological diseases. |
