| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨输尿管镜下自制刀具尿道内切开术+扩张术治疗尿道狭窄的效果、手术并发症及可行性。方法 采用经尿道输尿管镜下自制刀具尿道内切开术+扩张术治疗17例尿道狭窄(长度0.2～1.0 cm）患者，观察其术中出血量、术后并发症及效果。结果 17例患者均顺利完成手术，效果满意，术中出血量少，术后尿线及排尿时间较术前有明显改善，无严重并发症发生。结论 输尿管镜下自制刀具（用直径1.2 mm气压弹道碎石杆自行打制，于碎石杆头打磨成刀片状）尿道内切开术+扩张术治疗尿道狭窄是一种安全、微创且行之有效的方法，比较适合基层医院使用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of self-made scalpel on the treatment of urethral stricture under ureteroscopy.Methods Seventeen patients with the length of urethral stricture between 0.2 and 1.0 cm were performed transurethral ureteroscopy+urethral dilatation therapy using self-made scalpel under the ureteroscopy. The intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications and the clinical effects the were observed.Results The surgical operations were successfully performed on all the 17 patients with less bleeding and complications and complications.Conclusion Self-made scalpel is a safe, minimally invasive and effective surgical method for the treatment of urethral stricture under ureteroscopy. |
