| ［摘要］ 目的 比较腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术两种方式治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法 选取2012-01～2015-01该院收治的200例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为观察组（100例，腹腔镜手术治疗）和对照组（100例，传统开腹手术治疗），比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗后手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间等均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组治疗总有效率为98.0%、并发症发生率为2.0%，对照组治疗总有效率为89.0%、并发症发生率为15.0%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 与传统开腹手术比较，腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、手术时间短、出血量小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，且疗效更加确切，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods Two hundred inpatients with ovarian cyst were collected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 and divided into the observation group(n=100, by laparoscopic surgery) and the control group(n=100, by traditional laparotomy). The clinical efficacies and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, intra-operative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of observation group(98.0%) was significantly higher than those of the control group(89.0%), P<0.05. The incurrence rate of complications in the observation(2.0%) was significantly lower than in the control group(15.0%), P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has more advantages than traditional laparotomy in the treatment of ovarian cyst, including minor trauma, shorter operation duration, less blood loss, fewer complications and faster recovery. |
