| ［Abstract］ Dexamethasone is a type of long acting glucocorticoid with low price, less side effects and convenience to use. Currently it has been used to relieve the patients′ clinical symptoms and improve the perioperative period of anesthesia. The research progress of dexamethasone in the treatment of the elderly patients with stress response during laparoscopic surgery is reviewed in this paper. |
