| ［摘要］ 目的 观察缩宫素配合血府逐瘀胶囊防治药物流产后出血的临床疗效。方法 将140例药物流产患者随机盲法分为治疗组和对照组各70例。两组均在米非司酮药物流产孕囊排出后肌内注射缩宫素20 U，连用3 d。治疗组加服血府逐瘀胶囊，当晚6粒，2次/d，连服5 d。观察流产效果及孕囊排出后阴道流血量、阴道出血持续天数及月经恢复情况等。结果 治疗组完全流产率为95.71 %，对照组为92.86 %，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗组孕囊排出后阴道流血量、阴道流血持续天数优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组月经复潮天数差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 缩宫素配合血府逐瘀胶囊可提高药流效果，减少药物流产后阴道出血量，缩短阴道出血时间。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxytocin with Xuefuzhuyu capsules on bleeding after medical abortion.Methods One hundred and forty cases with medical abortion were randomly divided into the observation group(n=70) and the control group(n=70). Both of the two groups were injected with oxytocin 20 u for 3 days after the drug abortion by Mifepristone and the discharge of gestational sac from the uterus. The observation group received additional Xuefuzhuyu capsules 6 pills, twice a day for 5 days. The clinical effect and the amount of vaginal bleeding were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate was 95.71% in the observation group and 92.86 % in the control group, without a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The amount of vaginal bleeding of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the time of restoring menstruation between the two groups（P>0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin and Xuefuzhuyu capsule have the synergic action on reducing the amount of vaginal bleeding and shortening the time of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. |
