| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）在摄99mTc功能增高的桥本氏甲状腺炎（HT）甲减期患者血清中的变化情况及临床意义。方法 筛选60例HT甲减期患者，其中研究组30例摄99mTc功能增高，对照组30例摄99mTc功能减低或正常。所有患者行血清TPOAb、FT3、FT4、sTSH、甲状腺摄131I功能测定及99mTc甲状腺显像，观察血清各检查指标及甲状腺摄131I、99mTc功能的结果，分析TPOAb与甲状腺摄99mTc功能之间的关系。结果 观察组血清TPOAb、sTSH及甲状腺摄99mTc功能明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组中TPOAb与甲状腺摄99mTc比值呈正相关（r=0.381，P<0.05）。结论 在摄99mTc功能增高的HT甲减患者中血清TPOAb较摄99mTc减低或正常者升高更为明显；并且血清中TPOAb滴度越高，甲状腺摄99mTc功能越高。由此推断TPOAb为造成HT甲减患者摄99mTc增高的原因之一。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) in the patients with Hashimotos Thyroiditis hypothyroidism and high uptake of thyroidal technetium-99m pertechnetate(99mTc).Methods The serum free T3, free T4, sTSH, TPOAb and thyroid uptake of 131I and 99mTc were dectected in 60 patients with Hashimotos Thyroiditis hypothyroidism in whom 30 patients with high 99mTc uptake were taken as the study group, and the other 30 patients with normal or low 99mTc uptake as the control group.Results The uptakes of TPOAb, sTSH and thyroidal 99mTc were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group（P<0.05）; There was a positive correlation between TPOAb and thyroidal 99mTc uptake（r=0.381, P<0.05）.Conclusion TPOAb is significantly higher in the patients with HT hypothyroidism and high thyroidal 99mTc uptake. The more TPOAb, the higher thyroidal99mTc uptake. These results indicate that TPOAb is one of the mechanism of high thyroidal 99mTc uptake in the patients with HT hypothyroidism. |
