急性心肌梗死患者血清胱抑素C B型脑钠肽水平变化及临床意义

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平变化及临床意义。方法 选择初诊为急性心肌梗死患者60例作为观察组,其中ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)30例,非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)30例;以同期健康体检者60名作为对照组。测定及比较两组患者CysC、BNP水平。结果 观察组血清CysC水平低于对照组(P<0.01),BNP水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。STEMI组CysC、BNP水平稍高于NSTEMI组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CysC与BNP无显著相关性(r=0.11,P>0.05)。结论 血清CysC、BNP水平与急性心肌梗死密切相关,联合检测其浓度及动态观察有一定临床意义。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the levels of serum cystatin C(CysC), B-type brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and their clinical significances in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Sixty patients with AMI were selected as the observation group, including 30 cases with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) as STEMI subgroup, and the other 30 cases with non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) as NSTEMI subgroup. 60 healthy cases were taken as the control group. The levels of BNP and CysC were determined and compared.Results  The levels of serum CysC in the patients with AMI was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The level of BNP in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The levels of CysC and BNP in STEMI subgroup were slightly higher than those in NSTEMI subgroup without differences between the two subgroups(P>0.05). There was no significant correlation between CysC and BNP(r=0.11, P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum CysC and BNP are closely related to AMI. Detection of the concentration of serum CysC and BNP is clinically significant for the treatment of AMI.
