| ［摘要］ 经皮肾镜取石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy，PCNL)是治疗尿路结石最常用的术式，常用的PCNL体位有俯卧位、仰卧位、侧卧位、斜仰卧位。该文阐述了目前国内外对PCNL体位的研究概况并比较和分析各种PCNL体位的优缺点，为临床医师选择对患者影响最小的PCNL手术体位提供有价值的参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ The percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL） is the most common surgery in the treatment of urolithiasis. The operative positions of PCNL include the prone position, supine position, lateral position and oblique supine position. We review the current research progress of the surgical postures for PCNL, and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of every position to provide helpful reference for choosing the most appropriate position for PCNL. |
