| ［摘要］ 目的 观察腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前网片修补术（TAPP）治疗腹股沟疝的疗效及术后近期生活质量。方法 选择2013-10～2015-10来该院就诊的80例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组行腹腔镜TAPP，对照组行开放式无张力腹股沟疝修补术。观察两组手术成功率、术后复发率、并发症及患者生活质量变化情况。结果 观察组手术成功率和术后并发症发生率分别为100.00%和10.00%，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组术后复发率为2.50%，显著低于对照组的15.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后生活质量总评分为（89.23±5.61）分，显著高于对照组的（76.63±4.95）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 腹腔镜TAPP治疗腹股沟疝可获得满意的手术成功率，能显著改善患者生活质量，且术后复发率低。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the curative effects of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis(TAPP) on the treatment of inguinal hernia and postoperative short-term quality of life.Methods Eighty patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic TAPP and the control group was treated with open tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy. The success rate of the operation, postoperative recurrence rate, complications and changes of quality of life in the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of the operation and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were 100.00% and 10.00% respectively, with a significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group(2.50%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05). The total scores of postoperative quality of life in the observation group（89.23±5.61） were significantly higher than those in the control group(76.63±4.95)(P<0.01).Conclusion Laparoscopic TAPP is successful in the treatment of inguinal hernia, with a significant improvement of the quality of life and a low postoperative recurrence. |
