| ［摘要］ 目的 比较标准大骨瓣减压术与常规骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法 对60例重型颅脑损伤手术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中30例患者采用标准大骨瓣减压术治疗（标准大骨瓣组），30例患者采用常规骨瓣开颅术治疗（常规骨瓣组），比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 标准大骨瓣组临床疗效优于常规骨瓣组（P<0.05）。术后6个月随访，两组患者神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分显著下降，日常生活活动能力（ADL）评分显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；术后6个月，标准大骨瓣组NIHSS评分显著低于常规骨瓣组，ADL评分显著高于常规骨瓣组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤疗效优于常规骨瓣开颅术。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between the standard hemicraniectomy and the conventional craniotomy for severe brain injury.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with severe brain injury were respectively analyzed. Thirty cases were treated with the standard hemicraniectomy(standard group), and the other 30 cases were treated with the conventional craniotomy(convention group). The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the standard group was better than that of the convention group（P<0.05）. After a follow-up of 6 months, NIHSS scores in both of the groups were significantly lower, and ADL scores were significantly higher than those before the operation(P<0.01); NIHSS scores was significantly lower, and ADL scores was significantly higher in the standard group than those in the convention group(P<0.01）.Conclusion Standard hemicraniectomy is more effective than conventional craniotomy in the treatment of severe brain injury. |
