[摘要] 非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是病死率最高的恶性肿瘤。微小核糖核酸(micro-ribonucleic acid,miRNA)是一种由18~23个碱基组成的非编码单链小分子RNA,其独特的生物学特性可能使之成为NSCLC的分子诊断和治疗新靶点。该文就miRNA在NSCLC诊断与治疗中的研究概况进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is one of the malignant tumors with the highest mortality. Micro-ribonucleic acid(miRNA) is a non-coding single-stranded small RNA comprised of 18 to 23 bases. With the unique biological features, it may become a new target for the diagnosis and therapy of NSCLC.The research progress of miRNAs in the diagnosis and targeted therapy of NSCLC is reviewed in this paper. |
