| ［摘要］ 目的 观察陈旧性锤状指患者应用克氏针结合微型骨锚钉治疗的效果，并分析其应用安全性。方法 选取该院2013-01～2015-07收治的陈旧性锤状指患者50例进行研究分析，按治疗方式不同分为两组，其中对照组24例行单纯克氏针内固定肌腱止点缝合治疗，观察组26例行克氏针结合微型骨锚钉治疗；观察两组患者住院时间、手术时间、疗效及并发症等。结果 观察组手术时间与住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组和对照组临床有效率分别为96.15%和70.83%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为7.69%和25.00%，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 对陈旧性锤状指患者行克氏针结合微型骨锚钉治疗，可缩短患者手术时间和住院时间，疗效显著。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of kirsohmer wire in combination with mini bone anchor screw on the treatment of chronic mallet finger deformity.Methods Fifty patients with chronic mallet finger deformity admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were divided into two groups according to the different therapeutic methods. The control group（n=24） underwent the suture therapy of pure simple internal fixation tendon attachment of kirsohmer wire, and the observation group（n=26） underwent the therapy of kirsohmer wire in combination with mini anchor screw. The hospital stay, operation duration, treatment cost and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of the observation group（7.69%） was signficantly less than that of the control group（25.00%）, P<0.05. The operation duration and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, P<0.05. The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（70.83%）, P<0.05.Conclusion Kirsohmer wire in combination with mini bone anchor screw is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic mallet finger deformity. |
