| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨子宫平滑肌肿瘤的临床及病理诊断特点。方法 对312例平滑肌肿瘤切除标本进行常规病理切片制作，光学显微镜观察，以世界卫生组织（WHO）新分类作为诊断标准，整理数据并进行分析。结果 子宫平滑肌肿瘤多发于肌壁间，发病高峰年龄在40～50岁之间，312例中278例（89.10%）为良性平滑肌瘤，3例（0.96%）为平滑肌肉瘤，31例（9.94%）为恶性潜能未定的平滑肌肿瘤。结论 平滑肌肿瘤中恶性的子宫肉瘤发生率较低，较多的是良性的平滑肌瘤。通过观察细胞的核分裂像的数目可较为准确区分子宫平滑肌肿瘤和子宫肉瘤。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical and pathological diagnostic characteristics of uterine smooth muscle tumors.Methods The smooth muscle tumor resection specimens were taken out from 312 cases for regular examination by optical microscope. The new classification of WHO was taken as standard for the diagnosis.Results The peak of onset age for uterine smooth muscle tumors was between 40 and 50 years old among whom 278(89.10%) was benign leiomyoma, 3(0.96%) was uterine sarcoma and 31(9.94%) was uncertain.Conclusion Most of uterine smooth muscle tumors are benign leiomyoma and a few of them are uterine sarcoma. It can be more accurate to distinguish uterine fibroids from uterine sarcoma by observing the number of mitotic cells. |
