| ［摘要］ 微创技术已经广泛应用于脊柱退行性疾病、肿瘤及骨折等疾病的治疗中，微创技术治疗胸腰椎结核措施包括经皮穿刺置管引流以及持续灌注冲洗、胸腔镜或腹腔镜下手术治疗以及通道辅助小切口手术治疗等。该文就近年来微创技术在胸腰椎结核中的应用进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Minimally invasive surgery(MIS) has been widely applied in degenerative disease, tumour, fracture of spine. The treatments of MIS in spine tuberculosis include percutaneous catheter drainage and rinsing, thoracoscopic and endoscopic surgery, debridement and reestablish spinal stability via mini-open incision with retractor. We review the progress of MIS in the treatment of tuberculosis of thoracolumbar spine in this paper. |
