| ［Abstract］ Hypertension seriously affects the physical and mental health of the middle-aged and elderly patients and their quality of life. Effective drug intervention can improve the patients′ compliance, the rate of blood pressure control and the patients′prognosis. In this paper, we review the research progress of antihypertensive drugs, including medical intervention, the choice of drug intervention and the combination of antihypertensive agents. |
