| ［摘要］ 目的 观察卵巢囊肿剥除术中应用电凝止血及缝合卵巢止血对卵巢功能的影响。方法 选取2015-01～2015-10该院收治的88例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象，均采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术，其中对照组43例行电凝止血，观察组45例行缝合卵巢止血，比较两组患者术后卵巢功能的变化情况。结果 两组患者手术后3个月的促卵泡激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、肺泡液体清除（AFC）、FSH/促黄体生成激素（LH）及各项卵巢功能异常事件发生率，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 卵巢囊肿剥除术中行电凝止血对卵巢功能损伤比缝合卵巢止血大，手术中应尽可能行缝合止血。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effects of coagulation and hemostasis suture on ovarian function after ovarian cystectomy.Methods Eighty-eight patients with ovarian cysts and receiving laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 were collected as the research subjects and were divided into two groups. The control group(n=43) was treated with routine coagulation and the observation group(n=45) received ovarian suture hemostasis after the surgery. The changes of ovarian function were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results There were significant differences in FSH(follicle stimulating hormone), E2(estradiol hormone), AFC(alveolar fluid clearance), FSH/LH(luteinizing hormone) and the ovarian dysfunction rate between the two groups three months after the surgery, P<0.05.Conclusion Ovarian suture hemostasis is better than coagulation in ovarian cystectomy. |
