| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨连续性肾脏替代疗法（CRRT）对Ⅰ型心肾综合征（CRS）患者的临床疗效。方法 采用CRRT的方法治疗2011-10～2014-12收治的Ⅰ型CRS患者41例，观察和比较患者治疗前后心功能、血气和生化指标等的变化。结果 41例患者显效30例，有效8例，无效3例，总有效率为92.7%。患者经治疗后左室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVD）、pH、氧分压（PaO2）、血氧饱和度（SaO2）、尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、心率（HR）、呼吸频率（RR）、中心静脉压（CVP）、平均动脉压（MAP）等均较治疗前有显著改善（P<0.05）。结论 CRRT能明显改善Ⅰ型CRS患者的心肾功能，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of continuous renal replacement therapy on the treatment of type Ⅰ cardiorenal syndrome.Methods Forty-one patients with type Ⅰ cardiorenal syndrome in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2014 received continuous renal replacement therapy. The changes of cardiac function,blood gas and biochemical indexes were observed before and after the treatment.Results Of the 41 patients, 30 cases were markedly effective, 8 effective, and 3 ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.7%. After the continuous renal replacement therapy, the levels of LVEF, LVD, pH, PaO2, SaO2, BUN, Scr, HR, RR, CVP and MAP were obviously improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy can obviously improve the cardiac and renal function in the patients with type Ⅰ cardiorenal syndrome. |
