| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨甲硝唑栓与结合雌激素软膏联合治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法 选择该院2013-01～2015-04接诊的自愿接受该研究的老年性阴道炎患者180例，按照序号奇偶分为研究组和对照组各90例。对照组采取甲硝唑栓治疗，研究组给予甲硝唑栓与结合雌激素软膏治疗，随访半年以上，比较两组临床疗效。结果 研究组总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组随访半年复发率为16.67%，显著低于对照组的40.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗前血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后FSH明显升高、E2明显降低，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但治疗后研究组FSH更高、E2更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年性阴道炎患者采取甲硝唑栓与结合雌激素软膏联合治疗，不仅可提高临床效果，而且可以显著改善FSH与E2水平，降低复发率，值得借鉴。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the efficacy of metronidazole suppository in combination with conjugated estrogen ointment treatment in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with senile vaginitis in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015 were divided into the study group and the control group according to the number of parity, with 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metronidazole suppository, and the study group was given metronidazole suppository in combination with conjugated estrogen ointment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups after a follow-up of six months or more.Results The total efficiency of the study group(96.67%), was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group(16.67%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(40.00%) after the follow-up(P<0.05). Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E2) between the two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, FSH was significantly increased and E2 was significantly reduced in both of the two groups(P<0.05), however FSH was higher and E2 was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole suppository in combination with conjugated estrogen ointment improves the clinical effect and the levels of FSH and E2, reduces the recurrence rate in the treatment of senile vaginitis. |
