| ［摘要］ 目的 比较经胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺手术与传统手术的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析136例接受手术治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者的临床资料，其中观察组经胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺手术68例，对照组行传统开放性甲状腺手术68例，对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、切口疼痛、术后并发症、住院时间，住院费用等。结果 观察组手术时间长，术中出血量少，引流量少，住院时间短，住院费用高，切口疼痛比例少，并发症发生率低，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后随访半年，未出现甲状腺功能减退和复发。结论 经胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺手术出血量少、住院时间短、疼痛轻、无瘢痕，是一种安全、可靠的手术方式，值得临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the clinical effects and advantages between endoscopic thyroidectomy by breast approach and traditional surgery on thyroid benign tumors.Methods The clinical data of 136 cases who recerved the surgical treatment of thyroid benign tumors were retrospectively analyzed. All the included patients were divided into the observation group(n=68) and the control group(n=68) according to the different surgical approaches. The observation group was operated by breast approach endoscopic thyroid surgery; and the control group was treated with the traditional open thyroid surgery. The operation time, blood loss, drainage volume, incision pain, postoperative complications, hospitalization time and the cost of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time was longer, and the intraoperative bleeding volume, the amount of drainage, hospital stay, the proportion of incision pain and the complications were less in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). All the patients did not relapse or suffer from thyroid gland dysfunction after a follow-up of half a year.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroid surgery by breast approach is a safe and reliable operation method for thyroidectomy. |
