| ［摘要］ 2003年美国放射学院(American College of Radiology,ACR)在乳腺X线检查分类基础上推荐乳腺影像报告和数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS)，经过世界各地长期的应用实践结果表明，采用BI-RADS分类有利于提高诊断医生之间的一致性，有利于提高数据收集和质量监测的效果，最终提高影像诊断质量。随着影像技术的进步和对乳腺影像诊断认识的深入，2013年，ACR在总结现代影像技术的发展和临床实践经验的基础上，对BI-RADS进行了更新，增加了部分新的名词、定义和技术，特别是对超声部分进行了大幅扩展。该文就超声BI-RADS分类在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ In 2003, on the basis of classification of breast X-ray, the American College of Radiology(ACR) recommended that the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data Systems(BI-RADS) be the diagnostic method of breast tumors. The results of long-term practical applications around the world show that the BI-RADS classification is helpful to improve the diagnostic consistency among the doctors, and is helpful to improve the quality of data collection and monitoring results, and the quality of imaging diagnosis. With the progress of imaging technology and a better understanding of breast imaging in the diagnosis of breast tumors, in 2013, ACR in summing up the experience of the development of modern imaging technology and clinical practice, and on the basis of the updated BI-RADS, added some new terms, definitions and technologyies, especially on the ultrasonic part greatly extended.In this paper, the research progress of BI-RADS in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors is reviewed. |
