| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨高频超声在闭合性肱二头肌长头腱（LHB）断裂诊治中的应用价值。方法 对30例临床怀疑LHB损伤患者行超声检查,与术中探查所见、肩关节镜或MRI结果进行比较；行手术治疗者，术后分三个时段行高频超声复查。结果 超声诊断敏感性为91.7%（22/24），特异性为83.3%（5/6），准确性为90%（27/30）；在手术愈合过程中,随时间延长,其超声图像有相应的变化。结论 高频超声能够准确诊断LHB断裂，有助于临床治疗方案的制定，并对其手术愈合疗效判断具有重要的临床价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of the closed rupture of the long head of the biceps tendon(LHB).Methods 30 patients with clinically suspected LHB injury were examined by ultrasonography, and the ultrasonic results were compared with the results of intraoperative exploration, shoulder arthroscopy or MRI findings. After the operative treatment, high-frequency ultrasound examination was performed on the patients for three times.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound was 91.7%(22/24), the specificity was 83.3%(5/6), and the accuracy was 90%(27/30). During the wound healing process, the ultrasonic images changed with time.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can accurately diagnose LHB fracture, which is helpful for the formulation of clinical treatment plan, and has important clinical value in the judgment of the wound healing effect. |
