| ［摘要］ 目的 观察奥拉西坦和胞磷胆碱钠联合治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法 选取2015-01～2016-01该院收治的56例脑出血患者，按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各28例。对照组给予胞磷胆碱钠治疗，治疗组接受胞磷胆碱钠联合奥拉西坦治疗，均治疗3周。比较两组血肿量、简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评分以及Barthel指数（BI）评分改善情况。结果 治疗3周后，两组血肿量均有所减少，治疗组血肿量明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗结束后3个月，治疗组MMSE和BI评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗期间未发现严重不良反应。结论 采用胞磷胆碱钠联合奥拉西坦治疗脑出血患者，可以有效促进脑血肿的吸收，改善患者的精神状态和大脑功能，提高患者的生存质量，且用药安全。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of citicoline sodium and oxiracetam in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 56 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2015 to 2016 January were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received citicoline sodium and the treatment group received citicoline sodium plus oxiracetam. The hematoma volume, MMSE and BI scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results 3 weeks after the treatment, the hematoma volume was reduced in both of the two groups compared with that before the treatment and the hematoma volume of the treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05). The MMSE and BI scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group 3 months after the treatment(P<0.05). No serious adverse events were observed during the treatment.Conclusion Citicoline sodium combined with oxiracetam can effectively promote the absorption of cerebral hematoma, improve the patients′ mental state and brain function, and improve the quality of life in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. |
